Real estate in the San Francisco mid-peninsula is highly competitive and not for the faint of heart. We keep a close watch on the properties that are relevant to our clients and this includes frequent communications with the listing agents representing those properties. Information is power and I will not rest until my clients have all the information they need to make educated decisions.

My relationships extend to the broader community of real estate agents, either through informal or formal networks, and these are relationships I have nurtured over my 15 years in the business. My main geographical focus is on four main areas: Atherton, Menlo Park, Portola Valley and Woodside; while also having my finger on the pulse of the greater Peninsula area. My approach has been to be really deep in terms of knowledge and experience in those four main towns and cities. This is a highly competitive market and my buyers and sellers are looking for a guide. A high percentage of my business comes from referrals and repeat business from happy, former client relationships.
